BOOKING:
1.  Copy of your driver's license.
2.  Major credit card is required for all bookings. Your credit card will not be charged until your payment is due at the end      of the day on the last day. Our driver will give you an invoice with your total which will include your daily rate plus any      mileage, generator and internet fees. You may choose a different method of payment at that point. We  accept major        credit cards, cash, cashier's checks and money orders. We also accept business and personal checks in some 
     cases. 
3. Copy of your production or auto insurance if you're driving. 

CANCELLATION: 
You must cancel 3 days before your shoot or you will be charged $150 fee. 
If you booked us for 4 to 10 days, you must cancel 7 days before your shoot or you will be charged $200 fee. 
If you booked us for 10 - 90 days, you must cancel 15 days before your shoot or you will be charged $300 fee.

PICK UP:  
For "Freelance Package" you must have a valid Driver's License and current Auto Insurance. No special license is needed but please make sure that you or whoever is driving are comfortable driving the Motorhome. Pick ups and drop offs during our business hours only Mon - Sun, 9am - 6pm.
